河北沧狮体育器材有限公司其前身为沧州市新星体育器材有限公司,于2004年3月注册资金增至1000万元,易名为沧狮公司,位于渤海边的历史古城沧州。京沪、朔黄铁路呈“十”字型交结于此。京沪、石黄高速于沧州穿过，交通非常便利。
本公司是中ISO9001国际质量管理体系认证单位，北京国体世纪体育用品认证中心认证单位，中国平安保险公司产品责任险承保单位，中国体育用品联合会会员单位、中国教学仪器设备行业协会理事、国家体育总局审定单位、国家质量监督检验中心定点检验单位、河北省体育局定点单位、河北省教育厅定点单位、沧州市体育局定点单位、沧州市教育局定点单位。主要产品有：电动液压等系列篮球架；移动式排、羽、网球柱；乒乓球台；田径器材；体操器材；武术、拳击类器材，各种球类产品以及塑胶场地铺装。另外，为响应“全民健身”的号召，又开发研制了百余种适合老、中、少年锻炼、健身、娱乐用的居民小区、休闲广场、街道用的路径器材。自从80年建厂以来，生产的“沧狮”牌体育器材系列产品，以质量安全可靠，样式新颖，价格公平畅销全国各地，深受广大用户的赞誉。

The original name of Hebei Cangshi Sports Equipment Co., Ltd is Cangzhou Newstar Sports Equipment Co., Ltd, and its registered capital has reached 10 million dollars in March 2004. It is located ancient Cangzhou near Bohai Sea. Railway of Beijing-Shanghai and Suozhou-Huanghua Port intercrosses here. Highway of Beijing-Shanghai and Shijiazhuang-Huanghua Port passes Cangzhou.
Our company is: an approved factory by ISO9001:2000 International Quality Management Association, an approved company by Beijing National Century Sports Corporation, a company covered by China Ping An Insurance Corporation, a member of China Sporting Goods Union, a director of China Teaching Instrument Trade Association, an approved factory by National Sporting Goods Inspection Committee, an approved factory by Quality Supervision Inspection Center of National Sporting Goods, and approved factory by Hebei Education Committee, an approved factory by Hebei Sports Department, an approved factory by Cangzhou Education Committee, an approved factory by Cangzhou Sports Department.
